Smoothies

I decided that it is time for a new aspect to my blog. I have been thinking about adding this for a while now and the time has come! Smoothie time!!! I have been making healthy smoothies for quite a few months now, and I love them! I try to have them as much as I can for breakfast, and over the last few months I have made quite a variety of smoothies.
Here is a list of things that you can use to mix and match some healthy yummy smoothies. One thing I do add to pretty much every smoothie is a banana because its gives the smoothie a creamy texture, also its filling so having just this for breakfast is more than enough.
I have a bunch of different Superfood powders; I bought these all at De Tuinen. You can get them at other places as well. Also I bought them in batches because they are pretty expensive. If you and a friend both decide to start this smoothie “diet” you can share the costs. They last quite a while, so even if you buy a bunch and split the costs it will last you a long time! 
So these are part of my daily smoothies. I chose one a day (the cocoa nibs should be combined with a powder). I use one tablespoon of the powder. 
1. Choose powder.
2. Choose liquid:
  • Milk
  • Soya milk
  • Almond milk
  • Coconut soya milk
  • Hazelnut soya milk
  • Other…
3. Choose fruits:
  • Banana
  • Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • Mango
  • Kiwi
  • Melon
  • Raspberries
  • Spinach
4. Seeds and more:
  • Chia seeds
  • Hemp seeds
  • Almonds
  • Walnuts
  • Coconut shreds
  • Goji berries
  • Dried mulberries
  • Peanut butter
Obviously these are a few of the many many options, but these are the ones that I like to use.
